This model is one of the Temperature/Humidity Transmitter SK-RHC series with voltage output (0 to 1VDC). Choose one of three types of probes sold separately as you like. AC adapter is available with extra cost.
Photo shows a combination of this main body and a plug-in type probe SK-RHCS-1. (Cat. No. 8921-00).
