Thermometer kit suitable for food internal temperature control which is essential in sous-vide cooking


Content: SK-1260 Waterproof Digital Thermometer indicator, three sous-vide probes, and a foam tape


This kit enables such measurement by applying a foam tape to the surface of the vacuum-sealed bag and inserting a probe through it.

Three probes with different lengths (30 mm, 60 mm, and 100 mm) are available to meet multiple sizes of targets.

    Feature

    ■ For Temperature Control in Sous-Vide Cooking

      Measurement and control of the internal temperature are crucial in sous-vide cooking.

      Apply a foam tape to the surface of the vacuum-sealed bag, and insert a probe through the tape to enable this process with vacuum leakage as least as possible.

      This set includes: SK-1260 Waterproof Digital Thermometer indicator, three sous-vide probes (probe lengths: 30 mm, 60 mm, and 100 mm), and a foam tape.


    ■ Characteristics of SK-1260 Indicator

     ■ IPX4 waterproof: Resistant to water splashes from any direction.

     ■ Memory storage: Data is saved in a single key operation.

        Recordable up to 180 data in manual measurement and 120 data in automatic measurement respectively

     ■ Stored data can be printed out with an optional printer.

     ■ Hi/Lo alarm goes off when temperature reaches the preset thresholds


    ■ Attached SK-S111K Series Sous-Vide Probes

     ■ Parts to directly contact food (the probe and the foam tape) are designed to comply with Japan's Food Sanitation Act

     ■ Pointed-end ultra-thin probe with a diameter of 1.0 mm to pierce into targets easily

     ■ Three probes with different length (30, 60, 100 mm) are attached to meet various targets

     ■ Serial number is engraved on the connector instead of adhering stickers to prevent food contamination
